We recommend booking spa reservations in advance and will do everything possible to honor your request and time. Appointments are booked based on availability.
Because the treatments are reserved for you, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A credit card number or gift card number is required to secure your appointment. No-shows and same-day appointment cancellations with less than 8 hours will be charged the full value of the treatment reserved. This insures all other guests the opportunity to enjoy our services. A cancellation confirmation number will be given to you as your proof of exactly when your appointment was cancelled or changed.
